Top 30 TV Shows of 2012 : No 17 Cougar Town

If S2 of Cougar Town showed what the show was capable of, then the much delayed S3 confirmed what I already knew – this show is a keeper.

I have no idea how to convince people to watch it if they aren’t already, I feel like I am forever telling me to ignore the title and first 6 episodes of S1. Really do it. It is worth it.

Cougar Town is about friends as family, about drinking a whole lot of wine, about adults who really should know better. It’s heartfelt at times (yeah everything related to the wedding this season just killed me), its truly funny (that Tom Cruise running scene is one of the funniest of 2012) and it has a well developed set of characters. Everyone gets a chance to shine.

I love the Cul-De-Sac crew and I love TBS for saving the show because to lose it when it is on top of its game would be awful.
